The role primarily involves in supporting Company’s readiness for the upcoming IPO in terms of extensive research, analysis and reporting on global economic trends and opportunities. The Business Analyst will be playing an important role in continuously exploring alternative investment options and financial solutions.
Also, this role will be responsible for providing support for the development and implementation of present and future business strategies through analytics and other decision-useful data and information. The Business Analyst will also assist senior management in offering both regular and unscheduled reporting and analytics.
Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze the trends and performances of top international Stock Exchanges on a regular basis to ensure readiness and necessary preparation for the upcoming IPO of the Company.
- Build a comprehensive Analytical Model to conduct data-driven analysis and generate reports on market updates, news, and trends to ensure feasibility and sound decision making in any capital-intensive projects.
- Keep abreast of the changing rules and regulations of the international Stock Exchanges and analyze their impacts on the upcoming IPO preparation.
- Conduct extensive research and studies on new business opportunities in terms of Merger and Acquisition, and other investment into new ventures.
- Assist in preparing financial models for business initiatives, including expansion projects.
- Compile, process and analyze data in designing and developing dashboards to monitor business performance.
- Analyze monthly MIS, relevant ratios, and comparison with peer companies.
- Support the annual budgeting process, quarterly forecasting/modeling, efficiency reporting, and other ad-hoc analyses, using statistical data and scenario interpretation.
- Assist in Board Pack preparation with data on manufacturing and financial performance at Board of Directors meetings.
Required Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/master’s degree in finance or equivalent experience
- Professional qualification with Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) preferred
Required Experience:
- 3-4 years of experience in a similar role within any manufacturing concern
